The producer Mr. Saibaba and several TDP leaders had an intense verbal duel that threatened to turn physical, after Mr. Saibaba said that the party has no involvement in anyway with the movie.
The activists and leaders of the Telugu Desam party were already seething with anger as they felt that not enough passes for the audio function were allotted to them. The statement from Mr.Saibaba turned out to the flash point for them and they started fighting with the producer.Mr.Saibaba bet a hasty retreat into his room in the AP Tourism hotel and the activists went berserk outside by tearing up the publicity posters and flexes. It is heard that the party supremo Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu is extremely angry over the fiasco.
