Sources say that Ramcharan's new project which would be directed by Vamsi Paidipally will have Bunny in it. However, the inside talk is that he would be seen in a cameo and not in a full length role. The film is being produced by Dil Raju and right now, the script is being given the final touches. Those who heard this say this is indeed going to be a wonderful combo even if Bunny has got a cameo in it. As such, Charan has been eyeing for a big hit and soon he will be seen with his 'Rachcha'. What many are waiting to see is who will be Charan's leading lady in Vamsi's project.

Ekta Kapoor’s home production Rock The Shaadi is going to change the way producers and directors look out for casting actors because for the first time the production house has approached audiences to decide which pair they should bring together. They did a major research in eight different cities with sample size of 600 audiences to find out which female actress they would like to see with Abhay Deol and majority of them claimed that Genelia D’souza would be the best option. Hence, Ekta Kapoor has rope in Genelia for Rock The Shaadi against Abhay Deol.
As per the research, Katrina was the second choice against Abhay but most people claimed that Genelia would go well with Abhay Deol. Balaji Motion Pictures team said that they did thorough brainstorming session before they took the decision to ensure that they make the right choice in the future. They said that the decision was practical and not based on gut feeling or any bias decisions. Another senior employee at Balaji Motion Pictures said that this would be for the first time that people would become a part of casting for the movie and they will enjoy it because at the end of the day they are paying for the tickets, so they would see what they want to see on screen.
Prakash Raj has bagged yet another big Bollywood project. Few days ago we had reported that he has been signed up for Salman Khan’s Dabangg-2. The latest news is that Prakash Raj will be playing the villain’s role in Sunny Deol’s Ghayal Returns. The success of Singham, where Prakash Raj played the villain’s role, is being touted as one of the primary reasons why Prakash Raj has been bagging back to back big projects in Bollywood. The National Award winning actor had recently completed the first schedule of his upcoming bilingual film, Dhoni.
Ghayal Returns is the sequel of one of Sunny Deol’s biggest hits, Ghayal which had released back in 1990. Neeraj Pathak is going to direct the film and Chirag, Mahendra Dhariwal’s son, is producing the film. Earlier Vidya Balan was supposed to play the role; however she has walked out of the film and the makers are in talks with other big actresses for the lead role. Mithun Chakraborty, Arshad Warsi and Tushar Kapoor play other important roles in this film where Sunny Deol is playing a double role. Most part of the film will be shot in Uttar Pradesh and the shooting is expected to commence in November.
Shah Rukh Khan’s magnum opus Ra.One might have got a mixed reaction from critics and audience; however, that doesn’t seem to be stopping the juggernaut from smashing records at box-office. The film was released on October 26, on the eve of Diwali and it managed to collect Rs 14.7 crores according to businessofcinema.com.
Trade analysts say that the film might have lost some revenue due to the festival which led to less than expected crowd for the evening and night shows. But it was a totally different story on day two. According to Taran Adarsh, a popular trade analyst, Ra.One collected Rs 25.10 crores nett on day two and this is by far the highest figure for a single day. Ra.One has smashed Salman Khan’s Bodyguard’s record which had collected close to Rs 21 crores on day one and Rs 17.5 crores on day two. As per the current estimates, Ra.One is expected to cross Rs 100 crores by next week. Whether it’ll reach 3 Idiots’ record, which had collected around Rs 200 crores in its full lifetime or not remains to be seen.
The much-delayed project of Allu Arjun and Trivikram Srinivas seems to be ready to take off. The movie, which was supposed to start the shooting a few months ago, will hit the floors in November.
According to sources, the forthcoming Telugu movie will be launched on November 2. Though, there is no official confirmation on the date, the production house sources claim that the movie will be launched on the day, which will be attended by some of the big names of the Telugu film industry.
The yet-to-be-titled movie was delayed after Allu Arjun went for a shoulder surgery in Australia. Now that the actor has recovered and back to normal, the makers of the film are ready to launch the forthcoming Telugu movie.

Sources say that the superstar is to stay in complete bed rest for about a fortnight. This in turn will delay the shooting of ‘Agneepath’ as the actor cannot be present on sets for the entire length of the fortnight. Reports say that the handsome Hritik has hurt his back pretty bad and cannot do without complete bed rest for the stipulated period of time.
There have been many rumours on as to how Hritik got injured. The most popular one states that there was this particular scene that Hritk was shooting for in which the star had to lift a bounty fighter, one that weighed almost 110 kgs. Now superstar or not that’s a lot of weight to put on anyone’s shoulders. This scene being over Hritik was seen under immense pressure. However father Rakesh Roshan rubbished the whole thing as a rumour and stated a completely different story from what we have heard so far. Kareena Kappor who is sailing high in the sea of Bollywood is all set to join the ranks of the other international stars. The actress who is now rightly considered the queen of Bollywood is now getting her wax statue unveiled at Madame Tussauds in Blackpool, UK.
The scheduled date for the unveiling ceremony is set to the 27th of October. Kareena is also supposed to kick start a global exhibition in the unveiling ceremony. The global exhibition will be taking place in six of the major cities of the world where the statues of Bollywood celebrities will be taken to exhibit.
The actual schedule of Kareena’s wax statue unveiling was somewhere in the 2nd week of October however it had to be pushed back coz of the unfortunate passing away of beau Saif Ali Khan’s father, Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi. Ranbir Kapoor planned a special birthday surprise for his “Rockstar” co-star Nargis Fakhri up in the air when the duo was flying to Nagpur for the promotion of their movie.
Ranbir, Nargis, singer Mohit Chauhan and producer Hiren Gandhi were on board the charter flight when Ranbir brought out a cake for the lady Thursday.
The actor had pre-ordered a Ferrero Rocher chocolate cake from one of Mumbai’s premium bakeries and quietly got it onto the flight without Nargis’s knowledge, said a source.
While Nargis was sitting on her seat unaware, one of her staff members took her outside the cabin on some pretext. When she got back, the entire team yelled “Surprise”, and presented the cake to her.
The team sang “Happy Birthday” for her, while an overwhelmed and emotional Nargis cut the cake.
The debutante, who turned 32 Thursday, fed the cake to Ranbir and others.
All of them partied on board the flight listening to “Rockstar” songs, which have become a rage.
“Rockstar”, directed by Imtiaz Ali, is produced by Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd and Eros International. It will release Nov 11.
