Manjula's 'Odarpu' For Hero Ram

Ram got mixed response for his decision on walking out from the project of Goutham Menon. While some said that it was right decision, others said that he took a hasty decision. It is known that Ram walked out from the project as Goutham attempted to do the film in 3 languages while initially signed only for two. Many say that probably, the remunerations were negotiated between Ram and Goutham Menon for making the film only in two languages. But when it’s decided to be in three languages, keeping the remuneration of Ram same, friction started between Ram and Goutham. Hence Ram walked out from the project after shooting for 10 days, as soon as he came to know about this.
Although some are blasting him for taking wrong decision, unexpectedly he got odarpu from Mahesh Babu's sister Manjula.

Manjula negotiated for a few crores of package for Gotham Menon for directing 'Ye Maya Chesave' in Telugu with Naga Chaitanya and Samantha initially. But Goutham made the film within half of the budget and kept rest in his pocket. Manjula turned red on this aspect, and stopped paying half of the remuneration to him. The film turned super hit and the credit also went to Goutham obviously.

Even Nagarjuna intervened to bring peace between Goutham and Manjula but adamant Goutham didn’t come down.

Now as Ram also turned enemy to Goutham, with the formula of 'enemy's enemy is friend', Manjula made friendship with Ram.
