Ramgopal Varma and love- these are two words which are like Satan and the Saint. So it is like 50000 volts jolt if we are to say Ramu is in love. But then, it is true. Recently, Ramu mentioned that he has two loves- one is his film ‘Department’ and the other is personal.
That personal happens to be Ramu’s love for Puri Jagannadh’s dog. He has love for animals just like he loves himself. Even in the book ‘Naa Ishtam’, Ramu’s close friend Satyendra wrote that RGV used to leave mosquito without killing it even though that squeezed his blood. As such, Ramu doesn’t have any empathy on human beings. He believes man is the intelligent form of devil who knows how to exploit. This is the other side of Ramu which very rare people know. Those who heard this say Puri’s dog is very lucky to get love from a man like RGV.
