Tamil star Karthi Sivakumar is now a well known star in Telugu too. He could grab the attention of Telugu audience with his very first flick ‘Yuganiki Okkadu’. Later, he bagged another hit with ‘Aawara’. His recent release ‘Naa Peru Siva’ also started with good openings. In fact, the last one was an average performer in Tamil, but its dubbed version (Telugu version) is doing relatively good.
Karthi now has good fan following in Telugu. In view of this, he is planning for a straight Telugu film. It will be directed by ‘Bommarillu' Bhaskar. Producer BVSN Prasad is most likely to produce the film. Buzz is that director Bhasker, who suffered heavy criticism with his last film ‘Orange’ is now working hard on the script. It seems that the director is desperate for a big hit. Presently story discussions are in brisk progress. It is learnt that the film would be simultaneously made in Telugu and Tamil languages.
