Rana to act for free in Department movie

Desperate Rana acts for free!
Rana Daggubati was deeply hurt with back to back flops in Dum Maro Dum and Nenu Naa Rakshasi. He had big dreams on DMD to launch him in style in Bollywood. But all his hopes went down the drain as the film was an outright dud at the box office.


Puri Jagannadh has disappointed him with a lackluster film Nenu Naa Rakshasi, which put a big question mark on Rana's future as an actor. At this point, Rana got a call from Ram Gopal Varma to play one of the leads in Department movie. Rana immediately accepted the film as it bears few big names of B Town.RGV is a pucca businessman who believes in the 'demand and supply' theory very much. He ropes in desperate actors in his films and doesn't give them a penny in the name of giving them a break. Noted actors too acted for free in RGV's films in the past. Rana, who is desperate to make a mark in Bollywood is more than happy to be a part of Department. There are few more actors that are doing this film out of desperation and 'due respect' on RGV!
